Purchase Orders

We are happy to accept purchase orders from schools, non-profit organizations and government agencies by email, postal mail, or fax. All purchase orders must include a PO number from your organization for billing. 


We do not currently charge sales tax. If you need a copy of our W-9 for your records, please submit your request here.


Our order form contains a partial list of items we sell. Please see our online shop for additional items. For waystation certification, please fill out this application.


We email an order confirmation, invoice, and tracking number, as well as other information related to your order such as if there is a delay. Include an email address on your order form to ensure you receive all information related to your order.
